Salem Auction House is now Salem Art House. Auctions remain at the heart of what we do — now joined by a broader approach to art, estates, and collections from our new home in downtown Salem.
For years, Salem Auction House has helped people find the right next home for art, antiques, collections, and estate pieces. Now we are beginning our next chapter as Salem Art House.
The new name better reflects everything we do and the many directions a collection can take. Some pieces are a great fit for auction. Others may do better through a private sale or more specialized placement. When it comes to an entire estate, the best approach may be a combination of services.
Depending on the object or collection, the right path may be auction, private sale, specialist referral, estate disposition, or — for select fine art — gallery consideration.

Objects arrive through estates, collections, consignments, and individual owners. Our role is to look carefully, ask questions, conduct research, and determine where those objects belong.
Salem Auction House is now Salem Art House. The auctions, consignments, and estate services our longtime clients know are not going anywhere. As Salem Art House, we have more flexibility in how we work with art, estates, and collections.
We have also moved to a new downtown Salem location — more space to examine, research, display, and discover exceptional pieces right in the heart of Salem.
